ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
WHEREAS, under date of Novembe~ 21, 1968, NELSON PROPERTIES, INC.,
a Georgia corporation did enter into a Lease and Lease Ag~eement with W. T, GRANT
COMPANY of New York, New York. Tf~e said NELSON PROPERTIES, INC., being
Lessor therein, and the said W. T. GRANT COMPANY, being Leuee therein, and
WHEREAS, said 3.case and Lease Agreement were anended by Agreement dated
February 13, 1969, between the parties thereto, cnd also amended by letter dated
July 6, 1971, .
WHEREAS, by Agreement dated August 20, 1969, NELSON PROPERTIES, INC.,
did nssign al! of its right, title and interest in and to said Lease and Lease Agreement and
any amendmenh thereto to ALBERT W. JOHNSON and HOWARD L. GIBSON , the scid
HOWARD L. GIBSON having tronsferred all of his right, title and interest in and to said
Lease and Lease Agreement to ALBERT W. JOHNSON by instrument dated January 21st, 1971,
and
WHEREAS, the said ALBERT W. JOHNSON did enter into a Supplemental Agree-
ment with the said W. T. GRANT COMPANY as Lessee, said Supplemental Agreement
being dated March 12, 1971,

~ WHEREAS, the said ALBERT W. JOHNSON, and wife, MARGARET H. JOHNSON

have executed a Warranty Deed of even date herewith, conveying the leased premises
to EQUiTY ASSOCiATES, o ~ennessee Limited Partne~hip, brie€!y described as fo!laws:
A parcel of land in the SE-1/4 of the SW-1/4,

in the City of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
