MORTGAGE MODIFTCATION AGREEMENT
The undersigned hereby agree to modify that certain mort-
gage covering the following described property:
Parcel #1Lots 15, 16 and I7 of Slock 1, HIGHLAND PARR
SUBDIVISION of the Resubdivision of Blocks 1 and ~
2 according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 9, at page 11, ot the Public Recards of
St. I,ucie County, Florida, together with the build-
ings and improvements situate thereon and the furni-
~ture. furnishings and equipment contained therein,

Parcel #2: Lot 7•COURTNEY TERRACES Subdivision, accord-
ing the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6,
at page 7 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
_ Florida, toqether with the buildings and improve-
ments situate thereon and the furniture, furnishings '
and equipment contained therein.
1. That the mortgage balance shall be agreed to be as of
September 20, 1971, the sum of $1,787.29, representing Item #1? on
the Mortgage Amortization Schedule and shall remain to be paid to
the lender ~2 additional payments as shown in that schedule.
2. That the o~ property covered by this mortgage shall
be as follows, the real property situated in St. Lucie County, F].orida:
PARCEL #1. Lots 15, 16 and 17 of Block 1 HIGHLAND PARK SUB-
~DIVISION of the Resubdivision of Blocks 1 and 2
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat

Page 7, of the Public REcords of St. Lucie County,

ments situate thereon and the furniture, furnishings
and equipment contained therein.
3. That the parties agree to dismiss the case in Sma1Z
