In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the mauuli~e shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this morigage shall extend to and be binding upon the respettive
heirs, executors, admi~istrators, successors a~d assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
