ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT
AND DI SCLAIMER
TNIS ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT AND DISCLAIMER entered into
and executed this ~ day of July, A.D. 1971, by and between
M& J RADIATOR WORKS, INC., a Florida corporation, First Party, and
VIRGIL J. BURTON and BETTY BURTON, his wife, Second Party, and M. E.
BROWN, Third Party,
W I T N E S S E T H:
For and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
and other valuable considerations, it is hereby agreed as follows:
1. First Party hereby assigns and~transfers all of its
right, title and interest to a Purchase Agreement wherein First Party
is purchaser under Account Number D-011752, covering the following
described real estate, located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 54, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, Florida,
according to plat of record in St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records;
unto VIRGIL J. BURTON and BETTY BURTON, his wife, Second Party.
2.1 First Party hereby assigns and transfers all of its
right, title and interest to a Purchase Agreement wherein First Party
is purchaser under Account Number D-011752, covering the following
~ described real estate, located in St. Lucie County, Flo~ida, to-wit:
~ Lot 6, Block ~4, SOUTH PORT ST. LUCIE, Florida, i
according to plat of record in St. Lucie County,
Florida, public~records;
unto M. E. BROWN, Third Party.
3. That First Party hereby disclaims any and all further ~
interest under Purchase Agreement herein described, to and in favor
of the above Assignees and directs that First Party~s-rights under

the aforesaid Purchase Agreement be fully and completely assigned, as
to the respective lots, to the Assignees herein described.
