a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America.
the holder of three (3) mortgages executed by BEACH CLUB COLONY OF STUART, INC. ,
a Florida corporation, to F`irst Federal Savings and Loan Association of Martin County,
respectively. (a) dated December 15, 1970 and recorded in Official Records Book 188.
page 2811; and (b) dated January 22. 1971 and recorded in Official Records Book 189.
page 2416; and (c) dated April 30, 1971 and recorded in Official Records Book 192.
page 502. all according to the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in consideraticn
of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10. 00) and other good and valuable considerationa. hereby
on this 9 day ofSeptember . 19?1 . releases from the~lien of those three (3)
mortgages. and each of them. the real property in said county deacribed as follows:
A Paxt of Lot 32 Beach Club Colony, Section 1, Plat Book 16. Page 11 of St.
Lucie County, Florida Public Records, Described as Follows:
Start at the southeast corner of said Lot 32 and run North 23~49' 31" West along
the east line of said Lot 32 for a distance of 2?. 38 feet to the Point of Beginning
for the following described parcel; Thence continue North 23049'31" West for a
distance of 95. 03 feet to .the northeast corner of said Lot 32: Thence run South
89058' 29" West along the north line of said Lot for a distance of 84. i 6 feet to a point;
Thence run South 18043' 33" West for a distance of 17. 88 feet to a point; Thence
run South 61°23'43" East for a•distance of 146. 12 feet to the Point of Beginning.
