re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27. 1960, and revised ~
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497, of the official ~
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein North Beach Water

Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-

nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral ~
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property, s
s i tua ted in St. Luc ie County, F1 or ida , is described as f ol lows :
Lot 27, Block 5, Coral Cove Beach Subdivision, SecNon One, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 at pages 30A and 30B
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
