TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Take notice that Kel-Ray Investment Co., a Florida ~
corporation, did on the /;~day of ~ 19?l, insti-
tute a suit against Billy J. Strickland and Marta D. Strickland,
his wife, as defendants, in the Circuit Court in and for the
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, involving certain real
estate lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 2, BloCk 5, ORANGE BLOSSOM ESTATES SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 11, page 6
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and by said suit seeks to foreclose an agreement for deed cover-
; ing said premises for principal, interest, attorney's fees, court
F costs and such other costs and expenses as may be allow~ed by the
~ Court; said agreement for deed being recorded in Official Record
Book 180, at page 2769 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
