exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee doea further

pages 1829 through 1886 in the Public Recorda of St. Lucfe County, l~lorida, and the acte

iNC., a Florida corporation not for pzofit, in making and enterinq into said Leaae). The
Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said provisionst the Grantee ackrwNledgea and aqrees
that all o! said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitablet the Grantee hereby impresses ~
a lien upon the land and real property described above, as security for his obligations, as ~
described in said oeclaration of Condaniniwa auid its exhibitst and the Grantee acknowledges
and agrees that said Declaration of Condpainium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed
by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, repreaentationa and induceaents i
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property deacribed above.
