addressed to the owner oE record of the mortgaged premises, or ~
directed to the said owner at the last addresss actually furnished
to the Mortgaqee, or directed to said owner at said mortgaged pre-
mises, and mailed in the United States mail, shall be sufficient
notice and demand in any case arisinq under this instrument and
required by the provisions hereof or by law.
The covenants herein contained shall bind, and the bene-
fits and advantages shall inure to, the respective heirs, executors
administrators, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto.
Whenever used, the singular number shall include the plural, the
plural the singular, and the use of any qender shall include all
genders.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this mortgage has been duly executed
and delivered the day and year first above written.
