ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corpora-
tion existing under the laws of the United States of America, by
this instrument does hereby assign those two mortgages made by it to
the INDIAN RIVERLAND Y. M. C. A. of ST. Lucie, Martin, Indian River ~
and Okeechobee Counties, Inc., a Florida corporation, which two mort- ,
gages are Loan No. 1189, being a first mortgage in the amount of
$60,000.00, which first mortgage is recorded in O.R. Book 185, at
pages 429-430, and that second mortgage being Loan No.1398, which se- ,
cond mortgage is in the amount of $12,700.00, whicM mortgage is re-
corded in O.R. Book 190, at page 1649, of the Public Records of the
above county, for valuable consideration does hereby assign and trans-
fer 'said mortgages to FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation
