1971 by JOSEPH R HALSTEAD and M. EVELYN HAI,5ITEAD, hi8 wife, parties of the
first part, in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valutible considerations,
received from or on behalf of THOMAS F. WILLIS, JR. , whose mailing address is

do hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, trt~n$fer and set over unto the said party
of the second part alI their right, t3~le and interest in and to that cert~in Con-
tract of Sale and Agreement for Deed dated April 16, 1970, recorded Decentiber 7,
1970 in Official Iaecord Book 188, pnge 2098, from Claude H. Combs and Louise L.
Combs, his wife, parties of the first part therein, in favor of Charles She~?, Jr.
and Jackie Lavon Shew, his Wife; said Contract of Sale nnd Agreement for Deed
being assigned by CHARLES St~W, JR. and JACKIE LAVON St~t, his wife, to Joseph ~
R. Fialstead and M. 8velyn Halstead, his wife, by Assigruaent of Contract dated
December 10, 1g70, filed far recard December 10, 1970 in Official Record Book
188, page 2409, with respect to the followfng described piece or parcel of land
and the improvements thereon, iri the Goanty of St. Lucie a»d State of Florida,

And the parties of the second part hereof, by the acceptance of this Assigimient,
agree to assume and pay the balance of~the sum due thereon, in accordance ~ith
the terms of the aforesaid Agreement for Deed, and also assame and aqree to pay
a first Mortgage to Stockton, Whatley, Davin & Canpany in oriqinal principal
sum of $b,650.00, dated July 1, 1955, filed~for record November 16, 1955, and
recorded in Mortgaqe Book 121, page 451, and a second mortgage in original i
principal swn of $2,100.00 to Charles Shew, Jr. and Jackie Lavon Shew, his wife,
dated December 10, 1970, filed for record December 10, 1970, and recorded in
Off icial Record Hook 188, page 2406; said mortqage being assigned to George W.
Kaul and Lucy Kaul, his wife, by Assigrmient f iled for record February 16, 1971,
and recorded in Official Iaecord Book 190, page 649; and party of the second part
herein, agrees to also pay any delinquent payments, if any on said Agreement
for Deed and first and second mortgages.
TO HAVE AND TO HO~LD the same unto the said party of the second part, his
heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns forever.
