ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT ~

part, and JULIAN 0. HURLEY and KATIE G. HURLEY, his wife, parties ~
of the second part,

That if the said parties of the second part shall first
make the payments and perforni the covenants hereinafter mentioned
~ on their part to be made and performed, the said parties of the

first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the
said parties of the second part, their heirs, executors, admin-
istrators or assigns, in fee si.mple, clear of all incumbrances
whatever, by a good and sufficient deed, the lots, pieces or
parcels of land, situated in the County of St. Lucie, State of
I Florida, known and described as follows, to wit:
