CERTIFICATE AS TO RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY BOARD OF DIRECTORS
STATE OF FLORIDA §
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE $ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, the undersigned, H. L. Schofield, Jr. and Janet M.
Lavery, President and Secretary, respectively, of INDIAN RIVER
COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, INC., a Florida corporation, do
hereby certify that the followinq is a true and correct copy of
a certain Resolution du~ly adopted by the Board of Directors at a
meeting duly called on the 19th day of August, 1971, at which there
were present all of the members of the Board of Directors, and such
resolution was unanimously adopted by the Board of Directors of the
corporation, and such Resolution has not been amended, altered or
repealed, and is at this date in full force and effect. ~
"Whereas, on the lst day of December, 1958, by Special Warranty
Deed recorded in Deed Book 254 at page 340 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, the City of Fort Pierce deeded Lots 1
through 7, Block 1, Fairmaur Park Subdivision, to the Indian River
Mental Health Clinic, the predecessor to the Indian River Community
~ Mental Health Center, Inc., and

~ Whereas, the aforesaid Special Warranty Deed contained a
~ provision to the effect that said lands would revert to the grantor
~ should they not be used for a mental health clinic, and
Whereas, the Indian River Community Mental Health Center, Inc. .
has moved into its new building at 800 Avenue H and has vacated the
above described premises,
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the appropriate officers
of this corporation be and the same are hereby authorized to convey
by quit-claim deed to the City of Fort Pierce, a municipal corporation
of the State of Florida, the following described property located in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 1 through 7, Block 1, Fairmaur Park Subdivision, as
per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 3, page 26, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida." .
