1. The lands lying Easterly o~ Sta.te Road A-1-A may be released
in minimum parcels having a width of 100 feet as measured along the
said State Road A-1-A and runninq from South to North upon payrrLent o~
the sum of $675.00 per front foot for each foot so rQleased Said
parcels sha11 run from Sta.te Roa.d A-1-A on the West to the waters o~
the Atlantic Ocean on the East and sha11 be contiguous. The Northerly
400 feet o~ the lands lyinq East of State Roa.d A-1-A may not be released
prior to the fin,al payment o~ the mortgaqe.
2. The lands lying West o~ State Road A-1 A a.nd East o~ the lands
releasec~ at closing may be released upon the payment o~ $350.00 per
front foot, as measured along said State Road A-1-A, in minimum east-
west strips measurinq 100 feet in width. Releases must commence at
~e Southerly boundary o~ this parcel and must proceed northerly in a
contiguous ma.nner.
3. All payments made on the principal o~ this mortga.qe sha11 apply
toward paxtial releases whether requested at the time of said payment or
not
4. All payments for partial relea.ses shall apply toward the next
principal payments becoming due under the mortgage.
