Which lies West of and contiguous with the Westerly
right-of-way of State Road A-1-A, said parcel bounded
on the East by the Westerly right-of-way of State Road
A-1-A, bounded on the West by a line which is 400 feet
West of and parallel to the Westerly right-of-vray of
State Road A-1-A, bounded on the North and South by
the property line.
Also less and except the North 856 feet of the Westerly
1200 feet of the Easterly 1600 feet of the above lands,
lying Westerly of State Road A-1-A, said parcel being
bounded on the East by a line which is 400 feet Westerly
of and parallel to the Westerly right-of-way of State
Road A-1-A, and on the West by a line which is 1600 feet
