Before me, the undersigned officer, personally appeared
DONALD R. MACQUARRIE, who, after being fi~st duly sworn, and based
on hi~s personal knowledge, would show: That Affiar.t is the grantee,
together with his wife, EDITH L. MACQUARRIE, in a certain warranty
deed from BYRD T. THACKER and ANNE THACKER, his wife, recorded in
O.R. Book 1$7, at pages 1601-1602, St. Lucie County, Florida, pub- E
lic records; that Affiant would further show that his grantor, above-
referenced, i.e. BYRD T. THACKER, in the above subject conveyance, is
the same person referred to as BRYD T. THACKER, Grantee, from MARA-
VILLA ESTATES, INC., in that certain warranty deed, dated January 2,
1952, recorded in O.R. Book 170, page 115, St. Lucie County, Flarida,
public records; that, by scrivener's error, said Grantee, BYRD T.
THACKER, appeared erroneously as BRYD T. THACKER, together with his
wife, ANNE THACKER, in that certain conveyance recarded in O.R. Book
170, page I15, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records; and further
Affiant saveth not.
