For value received, 1, we, or either of us, promise to pay without defelcatwn, to the order of
MARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORrORAT10N, at their officie in Fort Pierce, florida, the sum of =.4.a~00.00
with interest from date at the rate of 10.0 96 per annum, in monthiy installments as follows:

the holder, and without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall be due and psysble at once.
Privilage is given to pay two or more installments at any installment maturity date, but this shatl not extend
the time of maturity of any subsequent installment. Neither forbearanoe, nor saeptance by the holdet
hereof aher any default in any psyment heraon, shal) be deemed extension.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, jointly and severally, waives demand, presentment, protest
and natice of protest for non-payment, and fu~ther agress to any axtension of time of psyment, either before i
or after maturiy, without notice to any of us; and to pay all oosta of collection, including a reasonable attor• ;
ney's fee in the event of any default hereunder, and hereby severally waives all benefit of homestead and '
exemption under the Constitution and laws of each State of the United States, as against this obligaNon or ;
