Before me, the undersigned authority, duly authorized to
take acknawledgments and administer oaths, personally appeared
MARGAR$T G. WAAS, who, after being first by me duly sworn, deposes
and says as follaws:
That affiant was married to WILLIAM F. WAAS on July 30, 1938
and that she and WILLIAM F. WAAS remained continuously married from

that date through the lst day of April, 1963, when they sold the `
above described~property to ROBBRT J. PRINGLE and DOROTASA F. PRINGLE,
his wife.
! Affiant further states that prior to April 1, 1963,
