MILDRED PROSKE, his wife, hereinafter called assignors, for the i
sum of TEN AND NU/100 UOLLARS and other qood and valuable considera-
tions in hand paid to them by MILDRED L. McINNIS, of 357 Barraclouqh
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereit~a€ter called assiqnee, hereby
assiqn to said assignee alI of their right, title and interest in a
certain land contract bearing the date of December 12, 1966, made ~
by LLOYD TAYLOR•and CLOTILDE F. TAYI,OR, his wife, to TOM GOFF and
PEARL GOFF, his wife, which agreement is recorded in O.R. Book 162,
at paqe 549, of the St. Lucie County Ful~lic Records, which aqreement
was assigned by the said Goff's to JACKSON M. PHILLIPS, SR. and LSAH
F. PHILLIPS, his wife, which instrument is recorded in O.R. Book 169, i
at page 1627, which instrument was aqain assigned to your assiqnors ~
by the instrument which appears in O.R. Book 189, at page 2883,
caverinq the followinq St. Lucie County land:
Lot 4, Block 4, REPLAT OF PALM GARDENS,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
12, at page 42, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
That the assignors do give all of their riqht, title and ~
interest in said property to the said MILDRED L. McINNIS, to have and
to hold the same forever for herself and her heirs and assigns. :
