• FOR VALUE RECEIVED the undersigned promises to pay to the order
+ of FIRST NATIONAL t3ANK OF FORT PIERCE, a National Banking Corporation,
the principal sum of Fifty Thousand and no/100---- dnllars($50,000.00)
together with interest thereon from date, at the rate of eight per cent,
per annum until maturity, said interest being payable quarterly on the
1`f~ day of December, March, June, and September each year; both
principal and interest being payable in lawful money of the United States
or its equivalent at its office at 300 Soiith 6th Street said principal
sum to be payable on the ?°1r~' day of September 1973. i'
Each maker and endorser severally waives demand, protest and
notice of maturity, non-payment or protest and all requirements necessary
to hold each of them liable as makers and enciorsers. .
Each maker and endorser further agrees, jointly and severally,
to pay all costs of collectioi~, includiny a reasonable attorney's fee in
case the principal_of this note or any payment on the principal or any ;
interest thereon is not paid at tl~e respective maturity thereof, or in
case it becomes necessarv to protPCt the security hereof, whether suit
be brought or not.
This note and deferred interest payments shall bear interest ;
at the rate of 9 per cent, per annum from maturity until paid. ~
This note is secured 2~v a lst mortgage ~f e•ren date herewith
and is to be construed and enicrced according to the laws of the
State of Florida; upon default in the payment of principal and/or ~
interest due on any nvte sectti•~cl by saia Mortgage, all notes so
` secured and remaining unpaid sc~all forthwith become due and payaUle
rotwithstanding their tenor.
