anywise appertaining, and also all buildings. sttuctures, additions and improvements. now or at any time herea[ter

or herea[ter located in the buildins upon said land, and all other machinery, appliances and apparatus now or
hereafter placed on said premises, either in renewal or replacement of fixtures. machinery, appliances and ap-
~ purtenances originally installed on said ptemises. in connection with the completion thereof or in addition there-
to, w•hich may hereafter be placed upon the above described land. which said fiztures. machinery. appliances and
appurtenances the ~lortga`ot warrants shall be free from any encumbrances. retention of title or other claims in
favor of any other person and that this deed shatl be a first licn thereon. -
