INDEIVTURE, dated as of the first day of September, 1971, made and
entered into by and between Ftoxro~ PowER dc LicMr Co~rn~xv, a corpo-
ration of the State of Ftorida, whose post oftice address is 4200 Flagler Street,
~ Miami, Florida 33134 (hereinafter sometimes calltd the Company), party
af the first part, 8II(I BANKERS TRUST COMPANY, a corporation of the State
of New York, whose post oRSce address is Sixteen Wall Street, New York,
New York 10015 (hereinafter sometimes cailed the Corp~orate Trustee), and
THE FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK OF IACK90NVILLE, a national banking asso-
ciation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America,
whose post office address is Jack~onville, Florida (hereinafter sometimes
calted the Co-Trustee), parties of the second part (the Corporate Trustee
and the Co-Trustee being hereinafter together sometimes called the Trustees),
as Trustees under the Mortgage and Deed of Trust, dated as of January 1,
I444 (hereinafter called the Mortgage), wluch Mortgage was executed and
detivered by Ftorida Power & Light Company to secure the payinent of bonds
issued or to be issued under and in accordance with the provisions of the
Mortgage, reference to which said Mortgage is hereby made, this Indenture
(hereinafter called the Twenty-fourth Supplemental Indenture) being supple-
meatal thento;
