Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-

Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property.

Lot 30~ Block 5, Coral Cove Beach Subdivision, Section One, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 at Pages~ 30A and 30B
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
