In co~uide~ation of the payment to me/us by you of ~1.00 and other good and valuable c~~sideration which
ilwe have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you ~d your sucoessors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility fxilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reco~struct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remare wch facilities or any of them; to pemnit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructio~s that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:
St. Lucie Gardens, Blocks 1, 2, 3~ 4, Section 23, To~mship 3b South~
Ran~e !t0 East~ as recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 35 & 36~ St. Lucie Countp,
Florida, less tracts to Skaggs and Strader and less Road R/W.
