records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein North Beach Water '

Company agreed to furnish water and perf orm other things in con-
nection with the water instal~ation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property,
s ituated in St. Luc ie County,- FI Q,r ida , is described as f oI lows :
Lots 35, 36, 37, 38 and 39, Block 5 and Lot 1, Block 4, Coral Cove Beach
Subdivision, Section One, as per piat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11 at ~
Pages 30A and 30B of the Public Recorda oi St. Lucie County, Florida.
