WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the day of
A. D. 19 71 by CATHERINE R. CARLISLB an THER O. CARLISLE, er
husband, individually and as Trustees, and ROBSRT R. CARLISLE,
individually and as Trustee, ~oined by his wife, MARY W. CARLISLE,
hereinafter called the Gran~or, to THOMAS L. SNYDER and RUTH
SNYDER~ his wife, whose post office address
is: 1430 San Ignacio, South Port St. Lucie, Florida, .
hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "qrantor" and
"graatee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, leqal representatives
and assiqns of individuals, and the successors
and assigns of corpo=ations.)
WITNESSET~i: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10,00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledqed, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confinas unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:
Lot 6, Block 162, of SOUTS PORT ST. LUCIE, UNIT ~9,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
14, at paqe 27 and 27A, of the public records of St.
Lucie County. Florida.
Subject to exceptions, limitations and easements of
record, if any.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments, and
appurtenances thereto belongi.ng or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the satt~e in fee simple forever.
; AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee
~ that the Grantor is lawfully seized-of aid land in fee simple;
, that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell
~ and convey said land; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants
the title to said land and will defend the same aqainst the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land
is free of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subaequent ,
to December 31, 19 70 .
