THIS INDENTURE, executed September 19'I1, between
JOHN M. McCARTY, as Administrator of the Estate of VII~INIA M. WALSH, ~
deceased, Party of the First Part, and MAE SUE SMITH, Party of the
Seconcl Part, whose address is 1712 Angle Road, Fort Pierce, Florida.

The Party of the First Part pursuant ta the Order of the ~
County Judge's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, dated August 19, ;

1971, and in consideration of the premises and the sum of $10.00 and t
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the Party of
Second Part, ~er heirs and assigns forever, the real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida described as:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 2 of Angle Villa Subdivision,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9 at page
15 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
EXCEPTING THEREFROM all right of way for public roads
and drainag~ canals.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditament

i and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second Part,
h~t heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.

AND the Party of the F'irst Part does covenant to and with the
Party of the Second Part, h~~ heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance the orders
of the above-named Court and the laws of Florida have been follawed
~ and complied with in all respects.
