nnder the authority of Article II, Section 14, Sub-3ection 17,
of the City Charter adopted Resolution t~umber 71-76, June 1, 1971,
approving and ~uthorizinq tha clearinq of ths property deacribed
herein, and did authorize the amount of ths bill for the ciearinq
