WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the 7th day of Sentember .19,~. by OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC., of Flordia, hereinafter called the Grantor, to
CHESTER E. AND HELEN E. GRANNAS, HIS WIFE whose address ig~. Box 11~
~rankstown Road, Hollidavsbura, Pennsvlvanta 16648 hereinafter called Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the ternis "grantor" and"grantee" include all the parties to
this instrument and the heirs, legal representat~ves and assigns of individuals,
and the successors and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the swn of s10.00 and otiier valuable
considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell
alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

inclusive) and Declaration of Condominium, Of~icial Record Book 186, Page 2720 as last
amended Official Record Book 192, Page 820, all as filed for record in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, St.Lucie County: ~lorida, together with: (i) an undivided
1/1585th interest in those lands deslgnated by said Plat and Declaration (as amended)
as carmon elements and limited conmon elements; and, (ii) all tenements, hereditaments,
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple,forever.
AND the grantor hereby covenants with said grant~e that it is lawfully seized of said land
in fee simple; that it has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that it
hereby fully warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims
of all persons, whansoever; and that said land is free of all encwnbrances.
