shall be repaid by the Mortqaqor to the Mortgagee upon demand.
3. To observe all of the.provisions of the Declaration of Condominium
of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 as recorded in~ ~
Official Records Book 189, on paqes 1887 throuqh 2007 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and to perfcrm all of the ob- ~
c
liqations provided thereby. Any failure to do so which is not cured
within thirty days after notice qiven by the Mortgagee to the Mortqaqor '
. shall constitute a default under this mortqaqe.
4. To commit, permit, or suffer no waste, impairment, or deterioration
of the mortqaqed property.
5. To pay all expenses reasonably incurred by the Mortgaqee because of `
failure of the Mortqaqor to comply with the agreements in the note
~._or this mortqaqe, ~ncludin~ reasonable attorneys' fees. The cost
thereof, with interest thereon from the date of payment at the same ~
rate as specified in the note, shall also be secured by this mortgage,
and shall be repaid by the Mortqagor to the Mortgagee upon demand.
6. If any payment provided for in the note is not paid within thirty ;
days after it becomes due, or if any o~her agreement in this mbrtgage '
is breached, the entire unpaid principal balance of the note shall '
immediately become due at the option of the Mortgaqee, and the
Mortqagee may foreclose this mortgage in the manner provided by law,
and have the mortgaqed property sold to satisfy or apply on the indebted- f
ness hereby secured.
7. The rents and profits of the mortgaged property are also hereby mortgaged.
If proceedings to foreclose this mort.gage shall be instituted, the court
having jurisdiction thereof shall appbint a receiver of the mortgaged
property, and apply those rents and pr',o fits to the indebtedness hereby
secured, reqardless of the solvency of~the Mortgagor or the adequacy of
the security, upon request therefor by;the Mortqagee.
