Lambert for an Order declaring the above named, Velda Dwyer,
f a mentally incompetent person and incapable of managing her
~ own affairs, in the presence of Counsel for the App].icant,
no one appearing for the said Velda Dwyer, although duly
served kith Notice of this Application as appearing by
A~~idavit of Service, filed; UPOI~ reading the Affidavit of
thc Applicant Hugh John Lambert and G. T. ~ahitty, ~i.D., the
Consents of Maude Riooelle, sister of the said Velda Dwyer;
A::D UPOy hearing Counsel for the A~Dlicant, it apnearing that
~ the said Velda Dwyer is a mentally incor!±petent oerson, and
~ it further appearing that the Applicant, Hugh John Lambert

; is a person capable of acting as Committee of the estate and?

to act in that capacity, it further appearing that the ~
assets of the estate consist of cash in the amount of approxi- ~
