Velda Dwyer is presently a resident at the Bruce Nursing
Iiome in Windsor, Ontario, where she is receiving board,
lodging and nursing care, and it further appearing that
there is no one dependent upon the said Velda Dwyer for
maintenance or support.
- l. IT IS ORDERED that Velda Dwyer is a mentally incom-
petent person.
2. AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that subject to confirma-
tion by a Judge_of the Supreme Court of Ontario that Hugh
John Lambert be, and is hereby appointed CorYmittee of the
li estate and person of Velda Dwyer.

! 3. IT IS FURTHER ORD~'RED that subject to confirmation

by a Judge of the Supreme Court of Ontario the scheme for
the manager.~ent of the estate of the said Velda Dwyer for ~
her maintenance be as follows:-
(a) The Committee is authorized to provide
for the maintenance of the said Velda Dwyer at
the Bruce Nursing Home fn Windsor, or at s~ich
~ other nursing home or hospital as may be from

time to time advisable or required.
(b) The Committee is authorized to pay any
medical or nursing expenses or other expenses
for her maintenance that may be necessary and to
