supply any clothes and comforts of the said
Velda Dwyer may properZy require.
(c) The Committee shall open a bank ac-
count at~the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce,
5870 Malden Road, in Windsor, in the name of
Ve1da Dwyer and shall deposit therein all cash
available and a~l monies coming into the hands
of the Committee of the estate and the pay out
therefrom the expenses authorized by this Order.
(d) The Committee is authorized to sell the
vacant lot in Florida and to sell or realize
upon any other assets of the estate and to use
the proceeds o~ any such sale for the mainte-
' nance of the said Velda Dwyer; for the purpose
of carrying any such sale or realization into -
effect, it is ordexed that the Committee be
authorized to execute all necessary Deeds, or
other documents.
4. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Committee shall within
six (6) months from the date hereof, file in the Office of
tne Clerk of the County of Essex, the true inventory of the
estate of the said Velda Dwyer stating the income and
profits thereof, setting forth the debts, credits an~ the .
facts of the said Velda Dwyer so far as they have come to
the knowledge of the said Conunittee.
