Court, and upon such application, the Judge of this Court ~
4 shall have the power to make such further Order for the
maintenance of the said Velda Dwyer, or for the maintenance
of the estate of the sa~d Velda Dwyer as a Judge of this
Court shall deem necessary or advisable; and such further
Order will not become effective until confirmed by further
Order of this Court.

cation be taxed as between solicitor and client and be
