OF STUART, INC. , a Florida corporation, to Flrst Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Martin County. respectively. (a) dated December 15, 1970 and
recorded in Official Records Book 188, page 2811; and (ti) dated January 22. 1971
and recorded in Official Records Book 189. page 2416; and (c) dated April 30. 19T1
and recorded in Official Records Book 182. page 502. all according to the public
records of St. Lucie County. Florida. in consideration of the sum of TEN DC?LLARS
