34. Waiver of Rights. The failure of the Lessor to enforce ar~y
covenant, o ga on or agreement of the Leasee herein contained shall
not constitute a waiver of the right to do so thereafter, r~or shall it
constitute a waiver of the right to enPorce any other covenant, obli-
gation or agreement herein contained.
35. Amendments. Once recorded, this Ninety-Nine Year Lease may
not be amen e excep by instrument in writing executed by the parties
hereto, duly recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
36. Copies. A copy of this Ninety-Nine Year Lease shall be ex-
hibit~d or TeT~vered to each person contracting to acquire a condomi-
nium unit in the Condominium from the Developer, for the purpose of
making full disclosure of all of the terms and provisiona hereof. Each
such person expressly agrees and consents that minor changes, deletiona,
additions and amendments may be made to this Lease prior to the record-
ation thereof, and without further advice or notice to such person,
for the purpose of correcting typographlcal errors, complying with the
requirements of an institutional mortgagee, or for other reason, pro-
vided such deletion, addition and/or amendment shall not materially
adversely affect the rights of such person oP the LesBee he~eunder.
37. Gender and Use 9f Singular or Plural. Wherever the context
hereof so requ res or pe s e uae o e singular shall include the
plural, and the uae of the plural shall include the singular; and the
use of any gender shall include all genders.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Lessor has hereunto aPfixed his hand and
seal, and the I,easee has caused these presents to be signed in its name
by its President and attested to by its Secretary, all in Fort Pierce,
County oP St. Lucie, State oP Florida, this day of ,
