On this day personally appeared before me, an officer duly
authorized in the State and County aforesaid to take acknowledgments,
J. WALTER HEBB, who by me being first duly sworn, says: I am the
Superintendent of the St. Lucie County Schools. I am familiar with all
property o~wned by the St. Lucie County School System. I have examined
~ Lots 1 through 28 inclusive, Block 105, Lakewood Park Unit #9, according
to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, at Page 2, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. There is no school on that
~ property, there has never been any school on that property, and that
~
- property has not been used by the Board of Public Instruction of St.
~ Lucie Cour,ty at any time for any purposes. There are not, at this time,
~ any plans to utilize said propertv for school purposes.
