The Grantee by acceptance and execution of this Warranty Deed
acknowledgQS that this conveyance is subject to the provisions o£
the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 190, at pages
929 through 995, inclusive, including the provisions of all of its
exhibits. The Grantee does further hereby ratify, confirm and ~
approve all of said provisions (including the provisions of the Long
Term Lease and Management Agreement, copies of which are attached
thereto, and the acts of the officers and directors of INLET HOUSE
CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC., a corporation not for ~rofit, in
making and entering into such Long Term Lease and Management Agree-
ment). The Grantee agrees to be bound by aIl of said provisions;
the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions are
reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a Iien
3 upon the land and real property described above, as security for
his obligations, as described in said Declaration of Condominium and
; its e~:hibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that said
= Declaration of Condoininium, its exhibits and Lhe Purchase Agreement
$ executed by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of the warranties,
~ representations and ii~ducements concerning the purchase by the
3 Grantee of the land and real property described above.
