THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this 30th day of September , 1971, -
by and between Holiday Out in America at SL. ucie, Inc., a or a corporat on, grantor,
of the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, party of the First part, and
Fredrick J. Keller whose post office address is Post Office Box~151,
Jensen Beach, Florida , grantee, party of the Second Part~
W I T N E S S E T N
That the party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars and other good and valuable considerations, to it in hand paid by the party of the
Second Fart, his heirs and assigns forever, the following described real property, and
rights and interests as set forth below a~d in real property located and situate in the
County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Block ~G, Lot #19, of NOLIDAY OUT AT ST. LUCIE,
a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof,
recorded in Official Records Book 168 at page 1348 of the public re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida. As provided for by the Condomin-
ium act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711, et seq.

_ the title to all the premises hereby conveyed, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
