KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That whereas, it is proposed ~
by St. Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and, ;
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
road and/or ditch is subject to ~ mortg:~~e
held by the undersigned; and,
' WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made
' for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
~ rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
