1. So long as the note hereinabove referred to. a anypo rtion thereof. or any extension or renewal thereof. and

tofore oc heteaher incurred. of any nature whatscevet. shall remain unpaid, either before or after the maturity
thereof, the said Borrowen will do the following things. to•wit:
(a) Pay prc±mptly when due all fice and windstorm insurance premiums, taxes, aesessments, duzs and charges of
every kind imposed a levied upon chetr real and personal propzrty prior to the ttme when any such sunu shail
becorne delinquent or !n defauft; and
(b) Romptly pay when due any and all sums due and owing on any mortgage or other encumbrance on the prop•
ettyheretnafter described and will never suffer or permit any mortgage lten or encumbrance thereon to be-
come dellnquent or go into default,
2, The Borrowen agree that they will not. withouc first procuring the ~-onsen[ in writing of the said Bank here-
after create or permlt any lien or other encumbtance to exist on their property. real orpe nonal~ now owned or here-
afcrr acquirzd by them ineluding. but not limited to~ the property hereinafter described,
3, The Bonowers agree that they shall not have the privilege. nor w ill they sell. transfet, assign. hypothecate. or
in any manner whatever, dispose of the ptoperty~ or any interest therein. owned by them~ includir,g specihcally, but
