For and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars
to the undersiqned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, we hereby release the property hereinafter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20, 1959, by and between North Beach Water Company~
a Florida corporation~ and Navillus Development Corporation, a

; re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27. 1960. and revised

~ Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-
