MORTGAGE EXTENS ION AGREEMENT 2153~ 5
WHEREAS, the undersigned, LEON D. MILLER, is the owner
and holder of a certain Mortgage Deed and Promissory Notes
secured thereby, said Mortgage Deed being from LAKESIDE
GARDENS, INC., and M-W-G CORPORATION, both Corporations
existing under the laws of Florida, to the said LEON D.

' MILLER, the same being dated May 13, 1971 and having been
E recorded in OR Book 192, Page 1370, Public Records of St.

i
Lucie County, Florida; and

? WHEREAS, said Mortgage Deed secures the payment of

~ two certain Promissory Notes, one in the amount of $145,~00.00
;
~ and the other in the amount of $85,000.00, both of which are
~
~
~ payable in May 1974; and
~
;~'i WF~REAS, the mortgagors have requested of the mort-
~ gagee that he extend the time for paym,ent of said indebted-
~a
- ness;

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten Dollar5 t$IO)

this day paid by said mortgagors to said mortgagee, the
- receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and in consider-
ation of other good and valuable considerations, it is
agreed by and between the parties that the due date for the

- entire principal amount of said indebtedness represented by

- the above mentioned promissory notes is hereby extended to
;:-K May 10, 1976, interest to remain payable quarterly.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this
