Know ye, Ttiat THOMIIS D. QUINN, an owner of the
I3ritish Motor Vessel called "Abaco Farmer" for :3nd in
consideration Qf the sum of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FI~IE
HUNDRED ($27,500.00) DOLLARS, and other valuable consider-
ations to him in hand paid before the sealing and delivery ~

it does hereby acknowledge and is therewith fully satisfied,

at the port of Nassau, N.P., Bahama Islands in the year 1964
together with her engines, boilers, r~achinery, anchors, ancher
chains, life boats, davits, cooking utensils, galley gear,
which should include all stores and gear aboard and stored ~

necessaries thereunto appertaining and belonging; and the
