For a valuable consideration, the undersigned Mortgagee hereby assigns to
Westinghouse Credit Corporation whose resident and post office address is 933 Penn
Avenue Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, that certain mortgage executed by
Richar~ Moffatt , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., dated ~ 19 , and filed for record in the Public Reco.rds in and/for
St. Lucie County, Florida, in OR Baok /9 , page ~'3 7, which~mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No.92-H , Section I, in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS~F 7~MERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,
page l:lA through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.

subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article Xl of the Declaration
