For a valuable consideration, the undersigned Mortgagee hereby assigns to
Westinghouse Credit Corporation whose resident and post office address is 933 Penn
Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 152?.Z, that certain mortgage executed by _
Thomas E. and Josephine T. Whelan , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., dated une , 19 , and filed for record in tt~e Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, orida, in OR Book , page df~5 , which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No. 124-N , Section I , in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETfLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,
page 1: lA through 1J .
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer arciassignor hereunder hereby does
' subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article X1 of the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie ~~c:nty, Florida,
in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
