For a valuable consideration, the undersigned Mortgagee hereby assigns to
Westinghouse Credit Corporation whose resident and post office address is 933 Penn
Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, that certain mortgage executed by
Mr. & Mrs. Narold Shire , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., date February , 9 , and filed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Fiorida, in~R Book i~'G , page d'S 7, which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No.1288-N , Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR •
RESORTS OF AMERICA A? NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,
page 1:1A through 1J .
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
~ Outdaor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer ard assignor hereunder hereby does
; subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article ~ 1 of the Declaration =
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, f
