For a valuable consideration, the undersigned Mortgagee hereby assigns to
Westinghouse Credit Corporation whose resident and post office address is 933 Penn
Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, that certain mortgage executed by
Norman and Jewell Olesko , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America, •
Inc., dated July 27, 19 71 , and filed for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Florida, in OR Book G , page QG , which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No.1286-N , Section II , in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS~F M
RICA AT NEI`~S ISLAND, as shown by plat reeorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in P1at Book 16,
page 1:1A through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
t Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer ard assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article X 1 of the Declaration
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of S~. Lucie County, Florida,
~ in OR Book 192, page 821, to the lien and encumberance of the mortgage hereby assigned.
