For a valuable consideration, the undersigned Mortgagee hereby assigns to
Westinghouse Credit Corporation whose resident and post office address is 933 Penn
Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, that certain mortgage executed by
Howard Veurink Travel Trailers Inc , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., date March 22, 9 71 , an i ed for record in'~ e Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, Florida, in OR Boak / Q G , page ~'f'S , which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in said county to wit:
Lot No.127-H , Section I, in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,
page 1:1A through 1J.
together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
' Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer aniassignor hereunder hereby does
; subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article X 1 of the Declaration ~
of Condominium, as amended, filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
