Westinghouse Credit Corporation whose resident and post office address is 933 Penn
Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15222, that certain mortgage executed by
Mrs. Ruth Wi~cksey , as Mortgagor to Outdoor Resorts of America,
Inc., ate e ruary , 9 , an ~ e for record in the Public Records in and/for
St. Lucie County, F ori a, in~R Book , page~, which mortgage encumbers
the following described real estate in sai county to wit.
Lot No. 121-H , Section I, in that certain condominium known as OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF~MERICA AT NETTLES ISLAND, as shown by plat recorded in the Office ~
of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 16,

together with a note secured thereby with interest thereon from date of said note.
Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., as developer ard assignor hereunder hereby does
subordinate the reserved right of the developer under Article X1 of the Declaration
